Any item in its original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
All items must be returned new, unused, and unwashed with their original labels and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria may be sent back to customer in lieu of a refund.
The return process is simple and starts here. You can ask for either an exchange or a refund.
Can I get full refund?
Pretty much. A 5$ fee, plus the cost to offset carbon emissions due to return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The $5 fee is donated to The Forgotten International ; The cost of carbon offset passed on to you is capped at $10.
In other words, the cost of return is $5 minimum and $15 maximum.
How will I be refunded?
- Return of in-stock items can refunded in the same form as the initial payment, or in store credit.
- Return of made-to-order items (Goyon-Chazeau flatware and serving sets) can only be refunded in store credit, net of the above return fee (5$ + cost of carbon offset).
What if my item is broken or damaged?
The same return process as described above applies. We will waive the small return fee if, as part of the return process, you upload the 5 following pictures of the item(s) within 48 hours of delivery:
A photo of the damaged item
A photo showing the damaged merchandise, inside the original box, with all of the original cushioning (picture should show the placement of the merchandise and packaging inside the box)
A photo of the packaging material used inside the box
A close-up photo of the shipping label with tracking number (please zoom in enough to read the tracking number)
Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (One photo should display the top and two sides. The second photo should display the bottom and the opposite sides.)
If I opt for an exchange, will I be charged shipping on the second shipment?
Not if the exchange is due to broken or damaged items and if you have sent us the pictures, but possibly otherwise. We will let you know before completing the exchange how much the shipping cost, if any, would be. You can of course always decide to get a refund instead.
